Our Board of Directors

ARCH Board of Directors

ARCH is a non-profit public benefit corporation governed by a Board of Directors. Each ARCH member appoints one representative from their organization to serve on the Board; this person is usually the CEO or Executive Director.

The Board meets monthly on the fourth Thursday of every month.  The Board is responsible for the fiscal and programmatic oversight of all ARCH activities. Officers of the Board include an elected President, a Vice-President, a Secretary and a Treasurer.

The Board of Directors and ARCH staff focus on implementing the following four strategic goals:

  1. Promoting improved health status and quality health systems in collaboration with community partners and policymakers;
  2. Advocating for rural community health resources and policies at local, state and federal levels;
  3. Supporting ARCH members towards expansion of coverage for patients through outreach, eligibility and enrollment; and
  4. Stimulating ways to collaborate with other consortia and among ARCH members for improved efficiencies, shared services and resources.
